Some might argue that it's perfectly legal to reverse engineer proprietary formats and that we have the legal standing to do so, but ask yourself, if a frivolous lawsuit is thrown our way, will you represent us in court, pay for our legal fees, and compensate us for the time and pay loss from having to attend court?
